1. Sign a Sales Agent Contract
   You officially appoint CFAO Mobility Zambia as your sales agent by signing a simple agreement.
2. Share Vehicle Information
   Provide details about your car to help us create an accurate listing.
3. Vehicle Inspection & Service Booking
   We schedule a comprehensive quality inspection at our service center for a fee of K1,600.
   • Inspection Report & Recommendations
     Based on the inspection, our team may recommend necessary repairs or replacements to ensure your vehicle meets Automark Standards. The Service Report becomes part of the car’s official documentation.
4. Pricing Recommendation
   Our experienced Automark team will suggest a competitive selling price based on the Service Report and current market conditions — but the final pricing decision is yours.
5. Professional Photography
   We take high-quality photos of your car following Automark standards to present it at its best.
6. Active Marketing & Sales
   The Automark Sales Team actively promotes your vehicle through our dealership network, social media, and digital platforms to attract potential buyers.
7. Display Options
   • You can leave your car at Automark Nangwenya Road for display, or
   • Continue using it during the sales process, in which case our team will coordinate viewings at your convenience.
8. Final Sale & Ownership Transfer
   Once a sale is concluded, CFAO Mobility handles the paperwork and ownership transfer upon receiving your written instruction. A 5% sales commission applies, calculated on the final transaction price.
