How the Toyota Referral Program Works
Step 1: Submit Your Referral
Recommend someone who’s interested in buying a new Toyota or Automark Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle.
You can share your referral through:

- Signed note or letter
Notify your Toyota or Automark Sales Consultant before the new customer starts the purchase process.
Step 2: Purchase Confirmation
When your referral completes a purchase, our team will:
- Verify the referral
- Finalize the sale
Process your K5,000 Service Voucher
Step 3: Get Rewarded
After verification and approval, you’ll receive your K5,000 Toyota Service Voucher to use at any Authorized Toyota Workshop in Zambia.
Your voucher includes:
- Your name and vehicle registration number
- Validity period of 6 months
- Official CFAO Mobility Zambia authorization
We’ll contact you by phone or email when your voucher is ready for collection or electronic delivery.

4. When will I receive my voucher?
Once the referred customer’s purchase is complete and the referral verified, you’ll be notified to collect your voucher or receive it electronically.
How long is the voucher valid?
Each voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
5. Where can I use my voucher?
Your voucher can be redeemed at any Authorized Toyota Workshop (Toyota branches, Authorized Service Centres & Team Toyota Garages) in Zambia for service on your Toyota or Automark vehicle.
