LUSAKA, ZAMBIA – 5th March 2026 – CFAO Mobility Zambia Limited formally notify all stakeholders, customers, and partners that Top Gear Motors Limited has been fully integrated into the unified operations of CFAO Mobility Zambia Limited. This notice serves to provide clarity regarding the status of the former entity and to reassure all stakeholders of continued service delivery.
Background
Top Gear Motors Limited was established as a joint venture between:
- CFAO Mobility Zambia Limited (formerly Toyota Zambia), and
- Vehicle Centre Zambia Limited,
- with the purpose of handling the Body Repair in the motor vehicle business.
Corporate Reorganization
As of 1st April 2023, Top Gear Motors Limited ceased operating as a separate entity and successfully merged their operations under the unified name:
CFAO Mobility Zambia Limited.
As a result, the former premises of Top Gear Motors Limited continues to operate as a branch of CFAO Mobility Zambia Limited, dedicated to providing Body Repair Works.
Service Continuity
We assure all stakeholders that:
- Top Gear Motors continues to service all vehicle brands.
- The same team members you have always engaged with remain fully available during usual business hours.
- Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has not changed.
Current Status
All operational functions of Top Gear Motors Limited now fully integrated into CFAO Mobility Zambia Limited, the former entity’s operations have been seamlessly absorbed into our unified structure. This integration is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our corporate presence and ensure we serve our customers more efficiently under one unified brand. This administrative update does not impact ongoing services, customer relationships, or operational capacity.
