On 15th May 2023, CFAO Motors Zambia Limited, a leading automotive company in Zambia, is delighted to announce the successful completion of its 2021 Toyota Graduate Trainee Program, which has resulted in the employment of seven exceptional individuals who recently graduated from university.
The two-year Graduate Trainee Program was launched by, at that time, Toyota Zambia with the objective of nurturing and developing young Zambian talent in the automotive industry. The program provided a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience, enhance their skills, and prepare them for a rewarding career in the dynamic automotive sector.
Over the past two years, the trainees underwent comprehensive training and were exposed to various facets of the automotive industry, including sales, finance, human resources, marketing, customer service, operations, and after-sales service. They received mentorship from industry experts and had the chance to work alongside professionals within CFAO Motors Zambia Limited.
Following an intensive evaluation process, CFAO Motors Zambia Limited is pleased to announce the permanent employment of the following talented individuals who have successfully completed the Graduate Trainee Program:
