We congratulate our customer for purchasing the Land Cruiser hard top ambulance which will be used for emergencies at the airport.

Mr. Alendo Mbewe an official from Zambia Airports Corporation (ZAC) stated that, the purchased ambulance is a medically equipped vehicle which will transport patients to treatment facilities, such as hospital from the airport in case of emergencies. He further stated that the ambulance will be stationed at Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe airport in the Copperbelt province Ndola. This vehicle will be useful in the event of any medical emergencies not only to passengers but to employees as well.

I have   associated myself with Toyota brand for over 18 years and currently own a Land Cruiser Pick-up and station wagon which are still in good condition.  I am very much comfortable to say that my loyalty is not only based on the products purchased but also the aftersales service provisions.  Let me share my thoughts about this purchase I have just made in particular. The Hilux 50^th Anniversary Sport Limited Edition validates my being part of the Golden Jubilee with Toyota Hilux family. Yes, I read from your site and was also told that the Hilux was built to commemorate the 50 years’ existence of the Hilux. Noteworthy is what comes with the vehicle; 50^th Stickers on the vehicle, 17-inch Sport Edition Alloy Wheels and the canopy which is like a bonus especially during the rainy season. This vehicle is unique, strong and the history attached to it just made me go for it- It’s a limited edition.” He said!

Certainly, brand perception is something that is deep routed in prospects’ and customers’ mind which has an effect on brand association, gives birth to loyalty thus resulting to Brand Equity.

Congratulations to Ms. Leukanji for purchasing the Toyota Hilux Double Cab. Asked about what made her to purchase the Hilux Double Cab, “I have always been a fan of the Rav4, as you might have noticed, that’s the one am using. Nevertheless, I opted for the Hilux as it was in my budget range. What convinced me was your Tick Tock special sales campaign I saw on your Facebook page. The blue Hilux advert was very attractive. I then decided to visit your showroom to find out more and was assisted by a very well informative sale consultant who I must say made me realise how prestigious yet a utility vehicle a Hilux is.  This particular model is very special because am able to receive emails via Gmail, use Bluetooth and explore the country to unknown places using the Global Positioning System (GPS). That 7inch Multimedia touch screen has more than what anybody can expect to have. As for the Orange metallic colour; it   commands respect and attention, above all a very unique colour for a vehicle.  My product brand research was not in vain. Just look at it (with a smile), I have settled for Toyota Hilux Double Cab, what a good investment I have made”. She said.

I don’t know if you still remember me, I was amongst your first customer that purchased the Toyota Rush. So here I am, I have come back for this Hilux because of its multi-purposefulness. The vehicle will be very useful especially that I usually travel long distances. It is stable and perfect for long distances with a good payload of between 800 to about 900 kg. The engine is designed to keep noise levels down. I also must make mention that I had to accessorise the vehicle with a roll bar, nudge bar and a tonner cover, which is a good way of making customers choose what we want.  Talk of its powerful engine performance, I have made the right choice yet again”, he said.

Toyota Zambia is always pleased to share different stories and articles from a customer perspective. Today we were graced by Professor D. Kunda who not only had emphasis on paying attention to detail but explained why he carefully opted to purchase the Toyota Hilux Double Cab with a Canopy.

“As a Professor, at Mulungushi University, I travel a lot to mentor, lecture and also for my own personal travel pursuit. Therefore, the need to purchase a Vehicle befitting the requirements and beneficial for various reason. So then, I researched (don’t ask me how- as he smiles) and decided to purchase the Hilux Double Cab with a Canopy. The Canopy will cover my items such as books etc; kept in the trailer for safety purposes to protect my items from weather conditions such as adverse sunlight or when its windy. My items will not only be hidden or rather covered up, but will not be damaged as well. 

When I saw the Canopy, I noticed the exceptional style and design which perfectly complements the Hilux. Look at how load capacity has been increased just by adding the Canopy. As you have noticed, aging comes with wisdom and I choose this very one to befit my age, not too fancy not to be seen as ‘excited’, however going for performance, efficiency and long term purposes such as accessing genuine parts and coming back for a service where experienced technical staff will work on my Vehicle,” he said.
